Chairman Cho Syung-hyun of Nuga Medical developed a shock wave crusher using domestic technology in 1994, and was honored with the IR52 Jang Young-sil Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology, in recognition of its outstanding scientific and technical value.Based on such technological prowess, a number of intellectual properties such as patents, utility modes and designs have been officially registered in domestic and abroad, and approvals have been obtained from the FDA, TUV-GS, CE, etc. As such, Nuga Medical’s technologies are legally protected, and cannot be copied.

    A. Nuga Medical incorporates the strengths of Eastern and Western medicine, and utilizes natural minerals found in nature. It is the vision of Nuga Medical to develop and produce nature-friendly, human-oriented medical devices that promote wellness.   • Are Nuga Best products safe?
    A. Nuga Best product is completely safe light therapy can penetrate and warm up to about two inches of body tissues. This includes those tight, tense muscles that contribute to your back pain. Nuga Best products are built with FIR technology.
  • I'd like to send one of your products to a friend living abroad as a gift. Do you offer shipping service?
    A. Nuga Medical abides by the principle of “sales through the local exclusive distributor only.” Besides, due to the issues of customs and warranty service, the products purchased in Philippines cannot be taken out of the country. If you wish to buy one of our products as a gift for your friend, feel free to contact our branch office in the country of his/her residence or our HQ office (02-835-48879), and we’d be happy to provide you with more information.
  • I'll be emigrating next month. Will i have many problems taking (Nuga Medical) product I'm using?
    A. Our products are manufactured differently for each country to satisfy the voltage and frequency requirements. So, problems may occur if you use a product purchased in Philippines outside the country, and in this case, warranty services will not be provided outside Philippines. You may call Nuga Best House where you bought the product for assistance regarding product voltage.

    Did you check the power? Please make sure to plug in the power cord properly. If the product still does not work or malfunctions, please contact Nuga Best House near you.
  • How long is the warranty period?
    Warranty is provided for a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase. When sending a product to be serviced, make sure to enclose the Warranty Manual with Official Receipt attached, or contact us and we’ll provide you with at-home services, depending on the situation.
